An exciting opportunity has arisen within Radio Rentals to progress in your career as a full-time Assistant Store Manager.
As the Assistant Store Manager you will play an important role in the successful running of the store as well as leading the team by example with your outstanding sales ability.
To be successful in this position you must have:
A proven track record of achieving your KPI’s;
Previous experience in both electrical and furniture retail;
Experience in a sales management environment;
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish excellent working rapport with staff.
The ability to encourage and reward staff for outstanding efforts;
A sound understanding of product presentation and visual display
Knowledge of inventory and stock control techniques
Understanding of product costing structures and profit margins
Sound computer skills, Microsoft Office Programs eg. Excel and Word;
Have an understanding and actively promote the application of Work Health and Safety requirements in the workplace
The ability to monitor sales trends.
be able to adhere to a 7 day roster
